Do you have a Mother Teresa in your life?  I am sure you do if you think hard enough.  When Covid hit we knew we needed our own MT – we scratched our heads and pondered “How would we cope?”  We needed to re-invent our systems and continue to improve the service that we are so proud to deliver.  Step forward our wonderful daughter Katie!  (The help was living right under our own roof).  Throughout Covid she worked tirelessly to implement a new online booking system and create our new website.  Both of these things are not small tasks.  We have already seen the fruits of her labour – our guest booking experience has improved and we hope you love our new website.
